Fr. Soju Thekkineth CMI

Fr. Soju Thekkineth is an eminent figure who has pushed his boundaries of service beyond the walls of the church with his deep desire and aspiring vision. He was born on the outskirts of Angamaly in the luscious state of Kerala, India, on May 10th, 1974. He pursued his Master's degree in Business Administration from Kristu Jayanti College, Bangalore, and his Master's in Commerce from Pondicherry University. He also completed the course of Master of Science in Education from the Fordham University of New York. He rendered his services for 3 years in Canada and later 10 years in New York. Fr. Soju is a well-respected and prominent figure among the experts and mentors in the fields of music, Education, and arts within the catholic and faith-based institutions. He is an ardent believer of Jesus Christ and is a dedicated member of CMI Religious Congregation. Fr. Soju was brought up well under the Christian faith to become a holistic person with great insights and receptive personality. Being an individual with a cordial attitude he has been mentoring in various platforms beyond the bounds of the church. He has been an aspirant in exploring the vivid spectra of unison prayer and congregational singing, which nurtures the faith and divine experience under the unity of the body and blood of Jesus Christ. He is enduring his efforts for proclaiming the grace and love of God Almighty through the abound talents of words and music. He is determined to pursue his expertise in music and literature and to pronounce it to the world with hearty and soulful hymns.
